METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept ALL payments via Cash, Moneybookers, inPay, Alertpay, Westernunion, Moneygram and Bank Transfer. We are not responsible and do not dictate the currency conversions rates. DELIVERY Products such as codes, unlocking software, usernames and passwords will be sent via email. Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order depends on the type of product. AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED ORDERS We run a Fraud Control system on all orders which carries out a number of checks to investigate the likelihood of the transaction being fraudulent. This system is programmed to look for known patterns of suspicious activity based on the order information such as locality, IMEI number(s), IP address, Invoice address, etc. Your order will be automatically cancelled, in the event of a low confidence level - even if the transaction is authorised. We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the order has been fulfilled we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on order together with your IP address will be forwarded to the relevant authorities. PRIVACY STATEMENT We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. BreGSM.com will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes on the website and/or new products, services or offers we think you�ll find valuable. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the web site. Refund and returns BreGSM takes every possible step to make our customers totally satisfied with shopping at our online store and we are ready to provide you with comprehensive information about the product you would like to purchase. Please, pay attention, that refunds are performed only on the decision of the Company Management. If you claim for refund, you must wait for our written confirmation prior sending the purchased product(s) back. The product shall be subject to return if it is packed in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, documentation etc. that had been shipped with the product. You should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Refund for a returnable product will be based on the product price excluding delivery costs. This means that customer covers all delivery costs regarding his order. Note! BreGSM does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: � Opened hardware or software. You may not return the hardware once you break the warranty sticker. � Products that were used in abnormal operating conditions including electrical power fluctuation or overshoot, corrosion spots etc. � Credits and activations OUR OBLIGATIONS: BreGSM.com obliges: 1. To send an ordered Code within the mentioned time (from Monday till Friday) with the exception of state holidays or force majeure circumstances. 2. To inform the customer in case of exceptional impossibility to respect the announced time and to propose the cancellation of the order or waiting another precise time. 3. To provide all the assistance necessary (by phone, by MSN, or email) with the customer before or after ordering the Network Code. 4. To cancel the transaction in case of unsuccessful attempt to find the Unlock Code. WARNING: If you have tried unlock codes on your mobile phone before using our code unlocking service and got the message �code error� your mobile phone maybe hard locked and may need manual unlocking. For this reason we don�t give refunds. Select your model and read the list. If you send the payment for another phone, there will be no refund, so be attentive. When you are using unlocking codes you�ll get only few chances to input the correct code depends on wrong tries. In no way will the customer be able to require the refunding if he/she buying a Network Code whereas he/she needs a PUK code or Security Code. If mention �NOT DISPO� appears with near of �Unlock Code�, it means that we could not find the Unlock Code. In this case, we will propose you either to wait 15 days additionally or send us your cell phone via mail or finally we will make refund. The customer takes note and accepts that in case of the code failure all measures will be taken for unblocking the cell phone. The refunding of transaction will be the last mean if we will not be able to unlock the handset. You must provide correct and accurate information of your mobile phone, double check the IMEI number! Get your IMEI directly from your phone: type *#06# into your mobile keypad. No Refund will be given if you have previously attempt to unlock device by entering wrong codes.
